The Workers' Compensation Act is amended by 6 adding Section 26.1 as follows: 7 (820 ILCS 305/26.1 new) 8 Sec. 26.1. Fraud. Any person who, with intent to 9 defraud, obtains or attempts to obtain any payment or benefit 10 under this Act to which he or she is not entitled is guilty 11 of a Class 4 felony. 12 Section 10. The Workers' Occupational Diseases Act is 13 amended by adding Section 20.1 as follows: 14 (820 ILCS 310/20.1 new) 15 Sec. 20.1. Fraud. Any person who, with intent to 16 defraud, obtains or attempts to obtain any payment or benefit 17 under this Act to which he or she is not entitled is guilty 18 of a Class 4 felony.
