1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Insurance Code by changing
2 Section 351A-10.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Insurance Code is amended by
6 changing Section 351A-10 as follows:
7 (215 ILCS 5/351A-10) (from Ch. 73, par. 963A-10)
8 Sec. 351A-10. Policies advertised as long-term care
9 insurance. Any policy or rider advertised, marketed, or
10 offered as long-term care or nursing home insurance shall
11 comply with the provisions of this Article.
