1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 38
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 38, on page 6,
3 line 24, by deleting all of line 24 and replacing it with the
4 following:
5 "Cook County for the 1976 tax year; provided, however, that
6 in the event a taxing district in Cook County had no personal
7 property tax collection for the 1976 tax year, that the
8 personal property tax collection for the 1978 tax year is to
9 be utilized to determine the particular taxing district's Tax
10 Base. The Department of Revenue".
