1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives wish to congratulate Harry Burkhalter upon
4 his retirement from the Bourbonnais Township Park District
5 Board of Commissioners; and
6 WHEREAS, Harry Burkhalter was a founding commissioner of
7 the Bourbonnais Township Park District, serving since the
8 formation of the district on November 3, 1986; during his
9 time with the district, Mr. Burkhalter served the board as
10 president; and
11 WHEREAS, Mr. Burkhalter aided in the acquisition and
12 development of the "Perry Farm" as part of the district; Mr.
13 Burkhalter and his wife, Jeanie, will now have time to enjoy
14 each other upon the event of his retirement; therefore, be it
15 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
16 NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
17 congratulate Harry Burkhalter on his retirement and wish him
18 continued success in the future; and be it further
19 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
20 presented to Harry Burkhalter.
