90_HR0055 LRB9005016KBkb 1 HOUSE RESOLUTION 2 WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives were 3 saddened to learn of the death of Jacqueline Dobbs of 4 Chicago, Illinois; and 5 WHEREAS, Jacqueline Dobbs was born in Chicago, Illinois 6 on April 10, 1952; her parents were Joseph and Mary Dobbs; 7 Jacqueline had the distinction of being born on the same day 8 that her father was ordained a Baptist minister; and 9 WHEREAS, Jacqueline accepted Christ at an early age; she 10 became a member of the Congregational Baptist Church, where 11 her father pastored; recently she joined the Bethlehem Temple 12 Missionary Church; and 13 WHEREAS, Jacqueline attended Simeon Vocational High 14 School and Loop College in Chicago; in 1980 she married Ervin 15 Wills ; she was a secretary, employed by Auto Driveaway; and 16 WHEREAS, Jacqueline is survived by her loving mother, 17 Mary; grandmother Beecher Dobbs; her three sisters Mary, 18 Joanne, and Louise; her brother James; her nephews James, 19 Marcus, John, Eric, and Jerrell; her great niece Jordan; her 20 two best friends Patricia Barnes and Anita Caruther; six 21 uncles and four aunts, and many other other relatives and 22 friends; therefore, be it 23 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 24 NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we 25 mourn the death of Jacqueline Dobbs along with her family and 26 friends; and be it further 27 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 28 presented to the family of Jacqueline Dobbs.
