2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3710 on page 2,
3 line 10, by replacing "16" with "15"; and
4 on page 2, line 11, by replacing "may" with "shall"; and
5 on page 2, line 14, by replacing "may" with "shall"; and
6 on page 5, line 28, by replacing "and all unlicensed
7 activity." with the following:
8 "person who practices, offers to practice, attempts to
9 practice, or holds himself or herself out to practice as a
10 plumber without being licensed under this Act.".
