1 AN ACT to amend the Unified Code of Corrections by
2 changing Section 1-1-1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Unified Code of Corrections is amended
6 by changing Section 1-1-1 as follows:
7 (730 ILCS 5/1-1-1) (from Ch. 38, par. 1001-1-1)
8 Sec. 1-1-1. Short title. This Code shall be known and
9 may be cited as the Unified Code of Corrections.
