2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3446, on page 1,
3 line 2, before the period, by inserting "and by adding
4 Section 1-12"; and
5 on page 1, line 6, after "Section 1-11" by inserting "and by
6 adding Section 1-12"; and
7 on page 2, immediately below line 19, by inserting the
8 following:
9 "(305 ILCS 5/1-12 new)
10 Sec. 1-12. Family violence option. The State of
11 Illinois adopts the Family Violence Option of Section
12 402(a)(7) of the Social Security Act.".
