Appropriates $2,560,700 to the Criminal Justice
Information Agency to reimburse counties for unreimbursed
costs resulting from the Juvenile Justice Reform Provisions
of 1998. Effective July 1, 1998.

1 AN ACT making appropriations for Juvenile Justice Reform.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $2,560,700, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
6 Revenue Fund to the Criminal Justice Information Authority to
7 reimburse county treasurers for costs not otherwise
8 reimbursed as a result of any provisions that are created by
9 the Juvenile Justice Reform Provisions of 1998.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
11 July 1, 1998.
