1 AN ACT to add Article 19c to the School Code.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Article
5 19c as follows:

7 ARTICLE 19c. GUARANTEED
8 TELECOMMUNICATIONS
9 INFRASTRUCTURE SAVINGS
10 (105 ILCS 5/19c-1 new)
11 Sec. 19c.-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as
12 the Guaranteed Telecommunications Infrastructure Savings Law.
