1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1760
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1760 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 1 and 2 with the following:
4 "AN ACT concerning vehicles, amending a named Act."; and
5 on page 1, line 6, by replacing "Section" with "Sections";
6 and
7 on page 1, line 7, after "6-105.5", by inserting "and
8 11-1429"; and
9 on page 7, immediately below line 4, by inserting the
10 following:
11 "(625 ILCS 5/11-1429 new)
12 Sec. 11-1429. Restrictions on minor driving at night. A
13 person under the age of 18 may not drive between the hours of
14 one o'clock a.m. and 6 o'clock a.m. unless accompanied by a
15 parent or legal guardian or the person is driving to or from
16 work or because of a medical emergency, and the person is not
17 prohibited from being on any street or highway under the
18 Child Curfew Act.".
