1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1614
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1614 on page 8, by
3 replacing line 7 with the following:
4 "(k) respite care; or
5 (l) senior companion services;
6 (m) money management assistance;
7 (n) home repair or modification for accessibility
8 by physically disabled persons;
9 (o) home electronic emergency response services;
10 or"; and
11 on page 8, line 8, by replacing "(1)" with "(p)(l)"; and
12 on page 12, line 32, after "on", by inserting "(i)"; and
13 on page 12, line 33, by replacing "Section." with "Section,
14 (ii) the statewide availability of these programs and
15 services, and (iii) the outcomes of these programs and
16 services in preventing unnecessary institutionalization.".
