1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 788
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 788 on page 1, in
3 line 23, by replacing "A tuberculosis" with the following:
4 "A physician licensed to practice medicine in all its
5 branches may include a tuberculosis skin test screening as
6 part of a health examination required under this Section
7 when, in the professional judgment of the physician, the
8 child is potentially at risk for tuberculosis. A
9 tuberculosis".
