Amend House Bill 232, AS AMENDED, 3 with page and line number references to House Amendment No. 4 1, on page 3, by replacing lines 33 and 34 with the 5 following: 6 "means any of the following: 7 (1) Any violation of Sections 11-6, 11-9.1, 11-11, 8 11-15.1, 11-17.1, 11-18.1, 11-19.1, 11-19.2, 11-20.1, 12-13, 9 12-14, 12-14.1, 12-15,or12-16, or 12-33 of the Criminal 10 Code of 1961, or 11 (2) Any former statute of this State which defined a 12 felony sexual offense, or.13 (3) Any violation of paragraph (10) of subsection (b) of 14 Section 10-5 of the Criminal Code of 1961 when the sentencing 15 court, upon a motion by the State's Attorney or Attorney 16 General, makes a finding that the child luring involved an 17 intent to commit sexual penetration or sexual conduct as 18 defined in Section 12-12 of the Criminal Code of 1961."; and 19 on page 4, by deleting lines 1 through 4.
