1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 110
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 110, as amended,
3 with page and line reference to Senate Amendment No. 1, on
4 page 24 by replacing lines 19 through 34 with the following:
5 "(a-7) No later than May 1 of each calendar year, the
6 Director of Central Management Services shall certify in
7 writing to the Executive Secretary of the State Employee
8 Retirement System the amounts of the Medicare supplement
9 health care premiums and the amounts of the health care
10 premiums for all other retirees who are not Medicare
11 eligible.
12 A separate calculation of the premiums based upon the
13 actual cost of each health care plan shall be so certified.
14 The Director of Central Management Services shall provide
15 to the Executive Secretary of the State Employee Retirement
16 System such information statistics, and other data as he/she
17 may require to review the premium amounts certified by the
18 Director of Central Management Services."; and
19 on page 25 by deleting lines 1 through 5.
