(225 ILCS 415/23.5) (from Ch. 111, par. 6228) (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030) Sec. 23.5. Compelling testimony; contempt. Any circuit court, upon application of the Department or certificate holder, may order the attendance and testimony of witnesses and the production of relevant documents, papers, files, books and records in connection with any hearing or investigation.
