(70 ILCS 1870/12) (from Ch. 19, par. 762)

Sec. 12. The Port District may apply for and accept grants, loans or appropriations from the Federal Government or any agency or instrumentality thereof, to be used for any of the purposes of the District, including marinas and other commercial and recreational facilities, and may enter into agreements with the Federal Government in relation to such grants, loans or appropriations.
