(65 ILCS 5/11-74.3-4) (from Ch. 24, par. 11-74.3-4)

Sec. 11-74.3-4. The powers granted to municipalities in this Law shall not be construed as a limitation on the powers of a home rule municipality granted by Article VII of the Illinois Constitution.
