Sec. 10.
Any officer appointed by the Governor shall before entering
into the duties of his office, qualify for the office by taking and
subscribing the constitutional oath of office and filing the signed oath
with the Secretary of State. Nothing herein shall be construed to alter or
eliminate any requirement established by law that such officer receive the
advice and consent of the Senate.
