| 6 | | of the School Code; therefore, be it

| 7 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE

| 8 | | NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE
|
| 9 | | SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the request made by Central SD |
| 10 | | 104 - St. Clair with respect to the debt limitation, identified |
| 11 | | in the report filed by the State Board of Education as request |
| 12 | | WM100-6259, is disapproved; and be it further
|
| 13 | | RESOLVED, That the remaining requests in the Report on
|
| 14 | | Waiver of School Code Mandates are approved.
