| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Local Records Act is amended by changing |
| 5 | | Section 9 as follows:

Nonrecord materials or or materials not included |

of records as contained in this Act may |

agency in possession of such |

| 12 | | interpretations to guide in the disposition of nonrecord |
