| 9 | | this amendatory Act of the 99th General Assembly, neither an |
| 10 | | insurer nor a provider may terminate an agreed-upon contract |
| 11 | | earlier than the end date of the original contract terms. An |
| 12 | | insurer may not remove a contracted provider from its provider |
| 13 | | network until the end date of the original contract between the |
| 14 | | insurer and the provider. A provider may not stop performance |
