Appropriates $3,412,000 to the Department of Natural Resources for the expenses related to the Sparta World Shooting and Recreation Complex. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The following named sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department of Natural Resources:
SPARTA WORLD SHOOTING AND RECREATION COMPLEX
Payable from the State Parks Fund:
For the ordinary and contingent
expenses of the World Shooting and
Recreational Complex.......................... 1,386,800
For the ordinary and contingent
expenses of the World Shooting
and Recreational Complex, of which
no expenditures shall be authorized
from the appropriation until revenues
from sponsorships or donations sufficient
to offset such expenditures have been
collected and deposited into the
State Parks Fund................................ 350,000
For the Sparta Imprest Account................... 200,000
Payable from the Wildlife and Fish Fund:
For the ordinary and contingent
expenses of the World Shooting and
Recreational Complex.......................... 1,475,200
Total....................................... $3,412,000
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
