AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4149

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4149, by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

“ARTICLE 1

    Section 5. The following named sums, or so much thereof as are available for distribution in accordance with Section 8 of the Motor Fuel Tax Law, are appropriated from the Motor Fuel Tax Fund to the Department of Transportation for the purposes stated:

DISTRIBUTIVE ITEMS

  For apportioning, allotting, and paying

   as provided by law:

    To Counties................................. 51,027,000

    To Municipalities........................... 71,443,800

    To Counties for Distribution to

     Road Districts............................. 23,154,300

    Total                                      $145,625,100

ARTICLE 998

    Section 5. The appropriation authority granted in this Act shall be valid only for costs incurred July 1, 2015 through September 30, 2015.

ARTICLE 999

Section 999.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.”.
