AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4145

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4145 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

“ARTICLE 1

    Section 10. The sum of $51,591,800, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the USDA Women, Infants and Children Fund to the Department of Human Services for the Women, Infants and Children Nutrition Program.

    Section 15. The following amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated to the Department on Aging for the Senior Meal Program, the Congregate Meals Program, and the Home Delivered Meals Program:

 Payable from the General Revenue Fund........... 1,897,000

 Payable from the Services

  for Older Americans Fund....................... 7,173,400

  Total                                          $9,070,400

ARTICLE 998

    Section 5. The appropriation authority granted in this Act shall be valid only for costs incurred July 1, 2015 through August 31, 2015.

ARTICLE 999

Section 999. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.”.
