AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2950

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2950 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

    “Section 5.  The amount of $2, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Secretary of State for its ordinary and contingent expenses.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.”.
