AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2947

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2947 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

    “Section 5.  The amount of $2, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Legislative Ethics Commission for its ordinary and contingent expenses.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.”.
