AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2945

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2945 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

    “Section 5.  The amount of $2, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Judicial Inquiry Board for its ordinary and contingent expenses.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.”.
