SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $3,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health for the purpose of making a grant to the Illinois State Alliance of YMCAs for a 3-year Diabetes Prevention Pilot Program in St. Clair County, DeKalb County, and Rock Island County. Effective July 1, 2015.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $3,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health for the purpose of making a grant to the Illinois State Alliance of YMCAs for a 3-year Diabetes Prevention Pilot Program in St. Clair County, DeKalb County, and Rock Island County.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2015.
