SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Anthony "Tony" "Mo" Mozina of Waukegan, 
4who passed away on May 17, 2014; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Anthony Mozina was born in Waukegan and remained a 
6lifelong resident; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Anthony Mozina attended Mother of God School and 
8was a member of the 1957 graduating class of North Chicago High 
9School; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Anthony Mozina worked for Outboard Marine in 
11payroll management for 43 years until his retirement; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Anthony Mozina was a member of Church of St. 
13Patrick in Wadsworth; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Anthony Mozina was preceded in death by his 
15parents, Anton and Emily Mozina; and
  
 
16    WHEREAS, Anthony Mozina is survived by his beloved wife of 
1743 years, Linda; 3 children, Rob (Leigh) Mozina, Kimberly 
18Mozina, and Sheri (Dan) Vesperman; 2 grandchildren, Jackson and 
19Carter Mozina; and a sister, Mary (the late Jack) Flessner;

1therefore, be it
  
 
2    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL 
3ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his 
4family and friends, mourn the passing of Anthony "Tony" "Mo" 
5Mozina; and be it further
  
 
6    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
7presented to the family of Anthony Mozina as an expression of 
8our sympathy.
