HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives wish to congratulate Family Focus of Aurora on 
4the occasion of the  organization's 30th anniversary in 2013; 
5and
  
 
6    WHEREAS, Family Focus has served the Aurora area since 
71983; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, The mission of Family Focus is to promote the 
9wellbeing of children from birth by supporting and 
10strengthening their families in and within their communities; 
11and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Family Focus offers services that help parents 
13with children ages 0-5 enhance their ability to provide and 
14advocate for their families; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Family Focus has formed many lasting partnerships 
16with other community-based organizations; and
  
 
17    WHEREAS, Through the various partnerships Family Focus has 
18dramatically improved the life of children in Aurora; 
19therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
2NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that 
3we congratulate the members of Family Focus of Aurora on the 
4occasion of the organization's 30th anniversary and we thank 
5them for their dedicated service to their community and wish 
6them well in the future; and be it further
  
 
7    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
8presented to Family Focus of Aurora as an
expression of our 
9esteem and respect.
