AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 6052

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6052, by deleting everything after the enacting clause and inserting the following:

 “ARTICLE 1

    Section 5.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated to the Human Rights Commission for the objects and purposes hereinafter enumerated:

GENERAL OFFICE

Payable from General Revenue Fund:

  For Personal Services.......................... 1,588,100

  For State Contributions to Social Security....... 121,500

  For Contractual Services......................... 159,000

  For Travel......................................... 6,500

  For Commodities.................................... 7,000

  For Printing....................................... 2,000

  For Equipment...................................... 5,200

  For Electronic Data Processing..................... 2,500

  For Telecommunications Services................... 18,000

    Total                                        $1,909,800

    Section 10.  The sum of $300,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Human Rights Commission for the Illinois Torture Inquiry Relief Commission.

ARTICLE 99

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2014.".
