Makes appropriations to the Supreme Court for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the judicial system. Effective July 1, 2014.

AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The following named sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated to the Supreme Court to pay the ordinary and contingent expenses of certain officers of the court system of Illinois as follows:
For Personal Services:
Judges' Salaries.......................... $186,985,300
For Travel:
Judicial Officers............................ 1,136,000
For State Contributions
to Social Security........................... 2,711,300

Section 30. The sum of $26,912,700, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Mandatory Arbitration Fund to the Supreme Court for Mandatory Arbitration Programs.
Section 35. The sum of $654,800, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Foreign Language Interpreter Fund to the Supreme Court for the Foreign Language Interpreter Program.
Section 40. The sum of $953,900, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Lawyers' Assistance Program Fund to the Supreme Court for lawyers' assistance programs.
Section 45. The sum of $500,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Supreme Court Special Purposes Fund to the Supreme Court for the oversight and management of electronic filing, case management systems, and committees and commissions of the Supreme Court.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2014.
