| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The Code of Civil Procedure is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 8-2105 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (735 ILCS 5/8-2105) (from Ch. 110, par. 8-2105)
|
| 7 | | Sec. 8-2105. Improper disclosure. The disclosure of any any |
| 8 | | information, records, reports,
statements, notes, memoranda or |
| 9 | | other data obtained in any such medical
study except that |
| 10 | | necessary for the purpose of the specific study is
unlawful, |
| 11 | | and any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of
|
| 12 | | Part 21 of Article VIII of this Act
is guilty of a Class A |
| 13 | | misdemeanor.
