Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that recreational vehicles include first division motor vehicles towing, hauling, or operating in combination with camping trailers, motor homes, mini motor homes, travel trailers, truck campers, or van campers when used for recreational and not commercial purposes or owned by a commercial business.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by changing |
| 5 | | Section 1-169 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (625 ILCS 5/1-169) (from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 1-169)

| 7 | | Sec. 1-169. Recreational vehicle. Every camping trailer, |

mini motor home, travel trailer, truck camper, or |
