| 4 | | "Section 5. The Gasoline Storage Act is amended by adding |
| 5 | | Section 8 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 8. Injunctive relief. The Attorney General, or the |
| 8 | | State's Attorney of the county in which the violation occurred, |
| 9 | | may, at the request of the State Fire Marshal, or on his or her |
| 10 | | own motion, institute a civil action for an injunction, |
| 11 | | prohibitory or mandatory, to restrain violations of this Act, |
| 12 | | any rule or regulation adopted under this Act, any permit or |
| 13 | | term or condition of a permit, or to require such other actions |
| 14 | | as may be necessary to address violations of this Act, any rule |
| 15 | | or regulation adopted under this Act, any permit or term or |
| 16 | | condition of a permit.".
