2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
3 | | learn of the death of Carol Lydecker Dwyer, who passed away on |
4 | | October 2, 2012; and
|
5 | | WHEREAS, Carol Lydecker Dwyer was employed as an |
6 | | administrative manager for the Urban Innovations property |
7 | | management company; and
|
8 | | WHEREAS, Despite not starting formal dance training until |
9 | | she was 19, Carol Lydecker Dwyer danced, sang, acted in, or |
10 | | choreographed some 30 community theater productions, including |
11 | | several Village Player and Open Door productions, and the 14 |
12 | | Stations of the Cross, which told the stories of cancer |
13 | | survivors and their journeys; she was also the proprietor of |
14 | | her own dance studio, Kicks, in Chicago between 1985 and 1987; |
15 | | and
|
16 | | WHEREAS, Carol Lydecker Dwyer is survived by her husband, |
17 | | Bill Dwyer, and her many other family members, friends, and |
18 | | theatrical and musical colleagues; therefore, be it
|
19 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL |
20 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
21 | | her family and friends, the passing of Carol Lydecker Dwyer; |
