SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Office of the Executive Inspector General for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012, as follows:
General Funds $5,772,000
Other State Funds $1,493,100
Total $7,265,100

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 1. The amount of $5,772,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Executive Inspector General to meet its operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2013.
Section 5. The amount of $1,493,100, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Public Transportation Fund to the Office of the Executive Inspector General to meet its operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2013.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2012.
