| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by changing |
| 5 | | Section 11-201 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (625 ILCS 5/11-201) (from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-201)

| 7 | | Sec. 11-201. Provisions of act refer to vehicles upon the |
| 8 | | highways-Exceptions.

| 9 | | The provisions of this Chapter relating to the the |
| 10 | | operation of vehicles
refer exclusively to the operation of |
| 11 | | vehicles upon highways except:
|
| 12 | | 1. Where a different place is specifically referred to in a |
| 13 | | given
section.
|
| 14 | | 2. The provisions of Articles IV and V of this Chapter |
| 15 | | shall apply upon
highways and elsewhere throughout the State.
