Appropriates funding for FY 12 to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a grant to the Illinois Community College Sustainability Network (IGEN).

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $3,500,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Renewable Energy Resources Trust Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a grant to the Illinois Community College Sustainability Network (IGEN) for sustainability efforts within Illinois Community Colleges.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
