Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

  Section 5.  The following named amount, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Human Services for the objects and purposes hereinafter named:

Payable from the Habitat for Humanity Fund:

For Grants to Habitat for Humanity of Illinois,

Inc. for Habitat for Humanity Projects

in Illinois..................................... 100,000

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
