AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2419, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 1, on page 30, by deleting lines 10 through 25 and on page 31, by deleting lines 1 through 5 and replacing it with

“Section 227.
