AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2415

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2415 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

    Section 5.  The amount of $2, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Community College Board for its ordinary and contingent expenses.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2012.
