SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Office of the Lieutenant Governor for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011, as follows:

Other State Funds $ 150,000

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 1. The amount of $2,001,300, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor to meet its operational expenses for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011.
Section 5. The sum of $100,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Agricultural Premium Fund to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor for all costs associated with the Rural Affairs Council including any grants or administrative expenses.
Section 10. The sum of $50,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Lieutenant Governor’s Grant Fund to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor to be expended in accordance with the terms and conditions upon which such funds were received and in the exercise of the powers or performance of the duties of the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2011.
