AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2394

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2394 by replacing everything after the enacting clause.

    “Section 5. The amount of $2, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the State Treasurer for its ordinary and contingent expenses.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2012.”.
