2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1821, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 
43 as follows:

 
5on page 2, line 23, by replacing "only to" with "to the

7authority by"; and

 
8on page 3, by replacing lines 5 through 9 with "source."; and
 
9on page 3, by replacing line 13 with "certificate of 
10authority."; and
 
11on page 3, line 15, after "certificate", by inserting "of
