| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Procurement Code is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 50-50 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 50-50. Insider information. It is unlawful for any |

former elected or appointed State official or State |
| 9 | | employee to knowingly use
confidential information available |
