Appropriates $50,000,000, from the Build Illinois Bond Fund to the Department of Children and Family Services for residential services construction grants to DCFS residential services providers for construction or renovation of residential services sites and for supporting capital rate enhancements for residential services sites' capital projects. Effective July 1, 2010.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $50,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond Fund to the Department of Children and Family Services for residential services construction grants to DCFS residential services providers for construction or renovation of residential services sites and for supporting capital rate enhancements for residential services sites' capital projects.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2010.
