AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much of those amounts as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated for the objects and purposes named, to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Judicial Inquiry Board:
For Personal Services............................ 320,800
For State Contribution to State Employees’
Retirement System............................... 92,000
For Retirement – Pension pick-up.................. 12,200
For State Contributions to Social Security........ 23,300
For Contractual Services......................... 315,000
For Travel........................................ 20,000
For Commodities.................................... 3,000
For Printing....................................... 7,000
For Equipment...................................... 2,000
For EDP............................................ 1,000
For Telecommunications............................. 7,500
For Operations of Auto Equipment................... 3,500

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2010.
