| AN ACT concerning professional regulation.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|

| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Illinois Speech-Language Pathology and
|
| 5 |
| Audiology Practice Act is amended by changing Section 14.5 as |
| 6 |
| follows:
|

| (225 ILCS 110/14.5)
|

| (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2018)
|
| 9 |
| Sec. 14.5. Deposit of fees and fines. All Beginning July 1, |
| 10 |
| 1995, all of the
fees and
fines collected under this Act shall |
| 11 |
| be deposited into the General Professions
Dedicated Fund, with |
| 12 |
| the exception of the Hearing Instrument Consumer
Protection Fee |
| 13 |
| provided for in subsection (b-5) of Section 14, which shall be
|
| 14 |
| deposited into the Hearing Instrument Dispenser Licensing and |
| 15 |
| Discipline Fund
administered by the Department of Public |
| 16 |
| Health. On December 1 of each year, the Department shall |
| 17 |
| transfer from the General Professions Dedicated Fund to the |
| 18 |
| Hearing Instrument Dispenser Licensing and Discipline Fund an |
| 19 |
| amount equal to all the fees collected under subsection (b-5) |
| 20 |
| of Section 14 of this Act since the previous December 1.
